We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Workshop Supervisor to oversee our workshop operations and ensure the efficient maintenance and servicing of vehicles and trailers. The role requires strong automotive and supervisory knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the workshop and technical team. Oversee the maintenance, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of vehicles and trailers. Lead, assign tasks to, and monitor workshop technicians and mechanics. Ensure vehicles and trailers are maintained in safe and roadworthy conditions. Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs. Monitor workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper workshop procedures. Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime. Liaise with management on workshop needs, repairs, and maintenance requirements. Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of workmanship. Education: Requirements: Bachalors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technical qualification or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ experience: in a workshop leadership/supervisory capacity. Proven experience: working with vehicles and trailers is mandatory.
