Read more about this company IT Support Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: Location Lagos Job Field ICT / Computer Key Responsibilities: Serve as First Line of Response for IT Support Carry out Audits of System activities to ensure compliance to organisational Policies Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, WAN, routers, switches Firewalls). Maintain and monitor access logs to ensure secure use of systems and devices. Carry out installation, updates, and management of organizational IT devices. Provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Ensure timely backup and recovery of important data and systems. Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties. Implement security best practices in device Management. Prepare technical reports and documentation of IT activities and incidents.
