Read more about this company IT Support Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Lagos Job Field ICT / Computer Key Responsibilities Serve as First Line of Response for IT Support Carry out Audits of System activities to ensure compliance to organisational Policies Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, WAN, routers, switches Firewalls). Maintain and monitor access logs to ensure secure use of systems and devices. Carry out installation, updates, and management of organizational IT devices. Provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Ensure timely backup and recovery of important data and systems. Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties. Implement security best practices in device Management. Prepare technical reports and documentation of IT activities and incidents. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting. Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS). Familiarity with IT asset and device management. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
