Responsibilities: · Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements. · Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. · Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. · Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. · Administer employee benefits: programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. · Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed. · Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. · Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
