We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer to take charge of company-wide operations. Key Responsibilities: Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable operating plans and KPIs Drive process optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency company-wide Build and lead high-performing departmental heads and project teams Report performance and operational health to the Board/Executive team Manage risk, compliance, and quality assurance across all engineering deliverables Oversee day-to-day operations across projects, technical, and support functions What We're Looking For Minimum 20 years' experience: with at least 10in a senior operations role Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Sound understanding of project management, HSE, and quality systems.
