Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Engineering and Technical teams to develop customized solar and energy storage solutions for clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and tender submissions. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer base. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic business development reports, and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer information using the company's CRM system. Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector. Ensure a seamless handover of secured projects to the Project Delivery and Operations teams. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
