Kiyix Recruitment Hub is looking for a smart, proactive, and hardworking fresh graduate to join our team as an Operations Officer. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures and company policies. Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Monitor workflow, inventory, documentation, and general business activities. Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions. Support process improvement and operational restructuring where required. Interact professionally with client management and staff. Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance. Prepare accurate reports after field visits. Escalate major operational issues to management. Visit and oversee operations at assigned client locations. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Must have completed NYSC and have the NYSC discharge/exemption certificate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact confidently with clients and supervise staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage. Must be willing and available to travel frequently to the Eastern States of Nigeria. Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
