Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of resolution for workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and grievances while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Performance & Talent Management: Implement robust performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks to drive accountability and staff development. HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire, training completion) to present actionable insights to executive leadership. Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits: packages to maintain competitive attraction and retention rates.
