Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Supervise and coordinate store staff. Monitor inventory, stock levels and product movement. Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of products. Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service. Prepare daily / weekly sales and stock reports. Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity. Ensure the store is clean, organized and properly maintained. Support sales growth and achievement of store targets. Requirements: OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. 1–2 years of experience: in store management, retail or a related role. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Must be resident in Surulere, Lagos or nearby areas. Candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance to Surulere are preferred. Salary N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
