This role combines sales, relationship management, and logistics coordination to ensure products are consistently available, partners are well supported, and sales targets are achieved through efficient sale stategy and timely follow-up. Responsibilities: Sales-Driven Distribution: Reduce delays and shorten sales cycles Ensure products are always available where sales happen Plan smart, cost-effective dispatch routes Track products end-to-end until sold or returned Partnership & Branch Performance: Own relationships with Branch Managers, CSOs, and Union Excos Accelerate sales velocity and ensure timely remittance Attend branch and union meetings to drive demand and confidence Inventory Ownership & Accountability: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records Conduct routine audits and reconciliations Prevent leakage, manipulation, or excuses Reporting, Speed & Problem Solving: Identify risks early and act fast Produce clear, timely performance reports Fix bottlenecks before they affect targets Compliance, Integrity & Standards: Full compliance with company policies Protect company assets, cash, and reputation Zero tolerance for dishonesty or shortcuts Skills & Personality We Hire Comfortable with targets and incentives Energetic, organized, and persistent Results-obsessed Can drive with valid driver’s license.
