We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Junior Recruiter Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff while ensuring all recruitment documentation is completed accurately. Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The role also involves preparing recruitment reports and maintaining excellent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for newly recruited staff. Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements. Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and employee records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports. Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned. Maintain and update the recruitment database. Screen applications and conduct interviews with prospective candidates. Coordinate the deployment of successful candidates to clients. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures. Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements. Assess candidates' suitability for available roles. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of experience: in recruitment or HR is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily. OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
