You will verify that reported sales performance matches market reality, with a specific focus on the Tropical Boost pack placement exercise. Job Responsibilities: Tropical Boost Audit: Physically verify the placement, visibility, and availability of the “Tropical Boost” packs in all targeted outlets. Field Coverage Audit: Monitor and validate effective territory coverage to ensure no assigned routes or outlets are bypassed during the placement exercise. Compliance Verification: Conduct unannounced join-visits to audit reps’ adherence to the “8 Steps of a Call” and route compliance. Data Integrity: Authenticate reported sales volumes, GMV, and the legitimacy of newly onboarded outlets on the digital platform. Asset & Stock Audit: Conduct physical audits of company motorbikes and digital devices. Reconcile depot stock levels and verify wholesale credit repayments.
