We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize diversified portfolios, with a strong focus on Alternative Investments and Real Estate. Key Responsibilities: Prepare investment reports and recommendations for senior management. Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis. Evaluate, structure, and execute investment opportunities. Ensure effective risk management and capital preservation. Oversee private credit and real estate investments. Monitor portfolio performance and market trends. Develop and manage investment portfolios and strategies. Requirements: 3–10 years’ experience: in portfolio, investment, or asset management. Experience: with illiquid or semi-liquid portfolios is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Strong knowledge of credit risk and structured investments. Proven experience: in Alternative Investments and Real Estate. SEC sponsorship/licensing is strongly preferred. N600,000 – N800,000 per month.
