From the Alausa fulfilment center in Lagos, They serves fashion designers, food businesses, and exporters who need speed and reliability. They are building a brand that matches the energy of the operation and they need the right person to tell that story. THE ROLE We are looking for a creative, self-directed Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join them on a short-term contract from July to December 2026. You will be working hybrid at our Alausa fulfilment center, capturing the operation in real time and turning it into content that builds trust, drives enquiries, and positions the company as the go-to logistics brand for Nigerian exporters. This is a hands-on, high-output role. You will film, edit, post, and manage all five days a week. WHAT YOU WILL DO Film and edit daily short-form videos (Reels and TikToks) showcasing the energy and operations of the Alausa fulfillment center Produce and edit video case studies and client testimonials that build social proof for the company Create educational content that solves real shipper pain points customs tips, volumetric weight guides, packaging best practices, and more Manage and execute a 5x weekly posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that are on-brand and platform-appropriate Monitor basic engagement and flag content that is performing well for replication Collaborate with the team to stay updated on operations, new services, and client stories worth featuring WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Based in Lagos and able to commute to Ikeja at thrice weekly Proven experience: creating short-form video content show us your work Comfortable filming in a logistics/warehouse environment and making it look compelling Proficient in CapCut or similar mobile editing tools Understands how Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook each work differently Can write clear, engaging captions without needing heavy supervision Self-managed and consistent you do not need someone checking on you to hit a posting schedule Bonus: experience: with B2B content or logistics/e-commerce brands WHAT WE OFFER ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month (based on experience) Samsung smartphone provided for all content recording Paid CapCut subscription; no tools to pay for out of pocket Real, high-energy content environment; this is not a desk job A short-term contract with clear scope and direct impact on brand growth Please note: This role requires daily on-site presence at our Ikeja fulfillment center.
