Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control standards that apply to the job. Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to Control Valves, PSVs, PCVs, Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Solenoid Valves etc. Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of valves at Client facilities and locations. Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs. General Requirements: Experience: with repairing various valves and actuators, including but not limited to Control Valves, PSVs, PCVs, Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Solenoid Valves, etc., hydraulic or electric. Professional knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Health, Safety and Environment Certification. Professional Knowledge in Non-Destructive Examination.
