Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage. Monitor sales, expenses, and restaurant profitability. Prepare and review operational reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. Monitor staff performance and enforce company procedures. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of supplies.
