Our subsidiaries operate with a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Operations Support Officer (OPF022) Job Location: Ogudu , Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support across daily company activities. Coordinate internal processes and ensure smooth workflow between departments. Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation. Monitor assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, clients and other stakeholders when required. Support logistics, procurement and general office operations. Identify operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately. Assist management with planning, coordination and implementation of operational activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience: in operations, administration, or a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
