Support revenue-generating activities and help achieve hotel occupancy and service targets. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining adequate staffing levels. Handle emergency situations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Monitor inventory levels and report operational needs or shortages. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
