Both companies are duly registered and dedicated to growth and providing solutions to the real estate and health sectors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger. Record and reconcile all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets. Track construction project expenses, materials, labour, and subcontractor costs. Prepare project cost reports and profitability analyses. Process supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and client receipts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and process payroll, including statutory deductions. Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements. Support the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funding for construction activities. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Assist in preparing tender and contract financial information when required. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards. Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records. Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to internal controls.
