Support continuous improvement within the workshop by proactively identifying and reporting issues, incidents, and potential risks to supervisors, helping to enhance operational performance and safety. Assist with cleaning, inspecting, disassembling, and other basic workshop activities to help maintain equipment quality and readiness for repair processes. Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legislative requirements: at all times. Support efficient workshop operations by assisting with general workshop activities and contributing to the timely completion of service and maintenance tasks. Develop technical knowledge and practical skills through structured on-the-job training and Cummins technician curriculum programs, building a strong foundation for future growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by caring for tools, equipment, and work areas, helping to maximize productivity and reduce downtime. Contribute to high-quality maintenance outcomes by learning and applying Standard Repair Times (SRTs), established procedures, and service guidelines.
