We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Fulfilment Officer Location: Onipanu, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Ensure a clear reporting and escalation structure between riders, FOS, and central operations Monitor order fulfillment to ensure all viable orders are delivered on time Coordinate rider operations by working through FOS to address issues, resolve escalations, and maintain efficiency Ensure all active vendors complete quarterly QA assessments and meet required quality standards Drive vendor growth and ensure all vendors are transitioned to Tier 1 through structured engagement Monitor vendor performance, movement, and compliance with operational standards nationwide Ensure all vendors use OVA in real time for order fulfillment, inventory management, and payments Provide direct oversight of Lagos operations, including vendor performance, rider activities, and service delivery Oversee vendor management across Nigeria, ensuring visibility and coordination through Field Operations Supervisors (FOS) in all regions Manage the Lagos office and maintain visibility into operations in other regions through FOS reporting Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
