Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 7–10 years of progressive experience: in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years managing a sizeable Food & Beverage (F&B) operation. Demonstrated experience: managing restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, or multi-outlet hospitality businesses. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization. Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong understanding of food safety, health, and hospitality regulatory requirements. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all restaurant, café, bar, and accommodation operations. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and service standards. Lead, coach, and manage departmental heads and operational teams to achieve high performance. Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial performance. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service excellence. Monitor compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to Management. Identify business improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational excellence.
