Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company’s sales and marketing activities within the e-commerce space. Candidate who have strong experience: in online marketplace operations, customer acquisition, revenue growth, digital marketing, and commercial strategy is suitable. Qualifications & Requirements: B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 6–10 years of relevant experience: in sales and marketing, preferably within e-commerce, online retail, digital commerce, or a fast-paced consumer business. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of e-commerce sales channels and digital marketing strategies. Experience: managing online promotions, product visibility, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing tools. Ability to work with sales data, identify trends, and make commercially sound decisions. N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 per month.
