Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, donor requirements, and statutory obligations. Supervise procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure proper financial control of agricultural inputs, food products, equipment, and inventory to minimize costs and prevent losses. Lead and supervise finance and administrative staff, establish internal control systems to safeguard company assets, reduce financial risks, and improve operational efficiency. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum of 6 years' experience within an Agricultural/Food & Nutrition company A postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and relevant consulting, project management, or research experience will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of data analysis software, graphic design applications (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite), or digital communication tools will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel when required.
