The successful candidates will work closely with experienced professionals on strategic projects while gaining hands-on experience: in logistics, operations, finance, business development, technology, customer experience, and corporate services. Key Responsibilities: The Graduate Trainee will: Participate in structured training and development programmes. Rotate across assigned departments to gain broad business exposure. Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Assist in business process improvement initiatives. Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze operational data. Support key account management and client relationship activities. Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Prepare presentations, meeting reports, and business documentation. Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring. Learn and comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
