We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing and growth strategy and turn visibility into customers, leads and bookings. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can think strategically, execute campaigns, understand customer behaviour and use data to continuously improve performance. What You Will Do Lead email marketing and CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation and automated customer journeys. Develop content strategies and compelling marketing messages across social media, websites, email and advertising. Identify and manage creators, influencers, agencies and other marketing partners where required. Track campaign performance and use data and customer insights to improve marketing results. Work closely with the Product, Operations, Customer Support and Design teams to ensure marketing activities support business goals. Manage Ileero GO’s social media presence, content calendar, posting and audience engagement. Develop and execute Ileero GO’s overall digital marketing and growth strategy. Plan and manage go-to-market campaigns for new services, promotions and market initiatives. Monitor website and landing-page performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion. Apply SEO fundamentals, campaign tracking and conversion-rate optimization. Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms. Research customers, competitors and the market to improve our audience targeting, offers and positioning. What We Are Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: working with designers, content creators, video editors, influencers or marketing agencies. Ability to work independently, take ownership and move quickly in a growth-focused environment. Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to turn product features into compelling customer benefits. Working knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, lead management and conversion-rate optimization. Hands-on experience: running multi-channel campaigns across paid media, social media, email, CRM, websites and landing pages. Proven experience: in mobility, transportation, travel or logistics marketing. 2+ years of experience: in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing or a related field.
