We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Remote Job Description We're hiring a Finance Manager to build and own the company's financial operations from the ground up - from bookkeeping and reporting to forecasting and financial controls. You'll create the financial infrastructure the business needs to scale responsibly. Job Responsibilities: Build and lead a finance team as the business grows. Establish financial controls, policies, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance as the company scales. Support fundraising efforts with financial data, projections, and investor reporting as needed. Evaluate and implement finance systems/tools to improve efficiency (accounting software, ERP, expense management). Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting for leadership. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external financial partners. Own day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management. Requirements: Strong command of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Experience: building finance processes and infrastructure from scratch or significantly overhauling them. MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. Excel/spreadsheet modeling. Proficiency with accounting/finance software and advanced 6-10 years of experience: in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally including some experience: in a startup or high-growth environment.
