We have experienced the necessity of supporting multiple rigs and of the operator requirement We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Tools Workshop Engineer (Welbore Cleaning Tools) Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist operations teams with tool configurations, make-up torque specifications, and technical troubleshooting. Quality Control: Perform drift testing, dimensional measurements, and pressure tests on tool assemblies to confirm integrity. Maintenance & Redressing: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and redress wellbore cleanup tools (scrapers, brushes, debris baskets, circulating subs) after field runs. Inventory Management: Track spare parts, track tool usage, and maintain accurate workshop inventory records. Preparation & Loadout: Prepare equipment, accessories, and consumables for safe and timely loadout to land or offshore rigs. HSE Compliance: Follow and promote safe workshop practices, including proper lifting, pressure testing safety, and hazardous material handling. Requirements: & Qualifications Soft Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate with yard and offshore personnel. Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
