The task owner will lead the identification of new market opportunities, development of strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and product commercialisation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven, digitally savvy, and customer-focused professional with strong knowledge of digital products and financial services, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue and business growth. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end management and growth of the organization’s card products, including product activation, usage, customer adoption, performance monitoring, and identification of opportunities to improve card penetration. Manage the organization’s POS product portfolio, including deployment, onboarding of merchants, transaction monitoring, performance tracking, and resolution of operational or customer-related issues. Develop strategies to increase POS adoption, usage, and revenue generation. Drive the growth and adoption of the organization’s mobile application by monitoring usage, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and collaborating with relevant teams to enhance functionality and product performance. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing digital products to achieve acquisition, usage, and revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and leverage customer insights to improve product positioning. Manage the day-to-day performance of the organization’s digital products, ensuring that products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, merchants, and other stakeholders associated with the organization’s digital products. Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs and translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and business growth. Monitor and report on the performance of digital products, including customer acquisition, transaction volumes, product utilization, and other relevant metrics.
