The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience: for guests, and support smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts accurately. Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests. Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service. Assist with setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or special occasions. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages. Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Qualifications & Skills Professional appearance and positive attitude. Previous experience: as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience: is preferred).
