Base & facilities Management: Ensure that all gardening & watering is made regularly to the guest house & offices including pruning tasks at all times. Ensure the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager supervision. Monitor maintenance activities of infrastructures and write reports Carrying out daily visits to the facilities, reporting any anomalies or problems to the line man-ager. Supervise the daily logistics activities and provide maintenance to the ALIMA equipment’s, facilities and infrastructures, accordingto ALIMA protocolsin order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission. Make sure that the compound& office facilities are clean & neat at all times,allocate specific duties and communicate effectively to the relevant staff. Evaluating rehabilitation needs and following up minor buildingrehabilitation work in accord-ance with instructions given by his supervisor, and accounting to him/her on progress. Assets Management: Ensure that All fixed Assets & equipment are codded, labeled & tagged in visible terms as per ALIMA’S standard Codding system & are tagged accordingly Gets feedback about the reception of the goods at the final destination and update the Supply Manager and Logistics Coordinator Management of nonmedical stocks and equipment according to ALIMA standards, have stock management cards and track consumption rates, manage the wastage rates. Checking that premises observesafety and securitynorms (fire extinguishers present, elec-trical installations earthed, etc.) and take the necessary actions when improvements are needed. Ware house/store & Stock Management Manage and follow up Procurements Updates the contact list with price lists and maintains a network and good professional rela-tions with the various partners Follow up the order during the whole supply process, keeping the Logistics Manager updated. Interact with the locals and ALIMA securitycontact personnel, in the state, update the PC on the security details and during the Monday security briefs. Reacts in order to take appropriate measures according to field’s supply priorities. Follows up on orders and outstanding Deliveries and making sure that full/complete deliveries are made by suppliers at all time. Responsible for managing the samples for the projectfor future procurements. Send RFQ’s, RFPs and order clarifications to the selected suppliers by ALIMA Nigeria Ensure surveillance and guarding activities in all ALIMA facilities and premises are correctly implemented. Ensure and facilitate the smooth runningof the supply admiration, auditinternal request (IR), order to be complying/ respect with the supply process. Assist in proposing corrective measures or adjustment where necessary Responsible for the whole procurement life cycle including Procurement planning updates. Checks that ALIMAs procedures are followed during local purchasing (quotes and bids to tender), ensures correct financial conditions and negotiates with service providers Regular Assessment of LOCAL market in order to create and update list of the most conven-ient suppliers, prices, etc.
