What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Record Keeping & Logistics: Maintain precise operational records (feed usage, mortality, weight gain) and assist with farm logistics coordination. Biosecurity & SOP Compliance: Enforce strict biosecurity measures and ensure all farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are met without exception. Flock Health Monitoring: Inspect birds daily for signs of distress or illness; immediately flag and report any health abnormalities to management. Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily routines for farm attendants, ensuring feeding, watering, and pen cleaning schedules are strictly followed. Requirements: & Qualifications Physical Capability: Ability to carry out hands-on, physical work in a poultry house environment. Certifications: A professional certification in Poultry Farming is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years hands-on experience: in commercial poultry farm operations and supervisory roles. Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Animal Science, Agriculture, Poultry Management, or a related field.
