The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, documents, and day-to-day executive activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize documents, records, and files. Coordinate meetings, business appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules. Handle emails, calls, and other communications professionally. Represent the executive professionally when communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required. Conduct research and provide relevant information to support decision-making. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Monitor important deadlines, commitments, and pending activities. Maintain confidential company and executive information. Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Requirements: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proven experience: supporting senior management or executives.
