Lead institutional and B2B outreach into embassies, multinationals, and corporates for corporate wellness and membership. Protect the brand: every touchpoint — the invitation object, the website, the tone of a WhatsApp reply — must meet the standard set by our brand identity. Manage waitlist, scarcity, and referral mechanics once membership opens. Own the pre-launch marketing strategy end to end, from now through opening and the first year of membership. Manage and hold accountable our external agencies (brand, film, stills, digital), who are scoped to asset production — you direct them, they execute. Build and maintain the named-target prospect list: the specific individuals, families, embassies, and corporates we want as founding members. Build the marketing engine for non-member revenue streams (diagnostics, physiotherapy, recovery day passes) as both income and conversion funnels.
