Ensure events are completed within agreed timelines and budgets. Design and execute creative decorations for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, parties, and other occasions. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Prepare decoration materials and ensure all items are available and in good condition before events. Ensure decorations are properly installed, safe, neat, and professionally presented. Keep track of decoration materials, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate with event planners, vendors, caterers, photographers, and other service providers. Stay updated on current event decoration trends and creative ideas. Set up and dismantle decorations, backdrops, centrepieces, lighting, fabrics, props, and other event accessories. Requirements: Strong creativity and good knowledge of event styling and decoration techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in event decoration or a related field. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. A portfolio of previous decoration projects will be an added advantage. Ability to work with different themes, colours, fabrics, props, flowers, balloons, and decorative materials. Good organisational and time-management skills.
