Develop and execute funding strategies, including building relationships with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to secure financing for business expansion and capital projects. Drive working capital optimization and ensure sufficient liquidity across all business units. Lead the organization through periods of uncertainty, business disruption, or financial challenges by implementing effective crisis management and business continuity strategies. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure proposals, and financing structures to maximize shareholder value. Establish financial and operational controls that support scalability, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred 7–10 years senior management experience across diversified businesses Experience in real estate, construction, or investment holding companies Strong financial governance and business strategy experience Proven leadership and team-building capability Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen Experience operating within the Nigerian regulatory environment What We’re Looking For: A commercially astute leader who understands how businesses generate, manage, and leverage cash flow for growth.
