Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, and dispatches. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly maintained. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to goods. Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management. Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of products for easy identification and retrieval. Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary. Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and stock variances. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
