The Assistant Manager will help oversee staff performance, customer satisfaction, inventory, and compliance with operational standards. This role is vital in ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations. Responsibilities: Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and hygiene standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen environment. Support sales goals through upselling and promotions. Generate and submit reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Stand in for the Outlet Manager when needed.
