Develop communication strategy documents for activation campaigns. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. Understand clients\' objectives and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Develop and present competitive market analysis reports to the line manager and client periodically. Develop pitch documents and marketing proposals. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and results. Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Develop marketing communication documents and present thoughts in a logical and convincing manner. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for account growth and upselling.
