We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Officer Location: Wawa, Along Lagos Ibadan Expressway - Ogun Job type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products. Generate and convert leads into paying customers. Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media and telephone enquiries. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics. Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices and corporate organizations. Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Requirements: Confident, persuasive and target-driven. Experience: in furniture, interior design, real estate, construction, luxury retail or related industries is an advantage. Must be able to demonstrate a strong sales record. Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups and closing deals. Proactive, organised and persistent. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 2–5 years' sales experience: preferred.
