E-Commerce Operations Analyst Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 1 - 2 years Location Lagos Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain , Sales and Business Development Job Responsibilities: Supplier & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with equipment distributors, vendors, dealers, and other stakeholders while sourcing products, confirming availability, obtaining updated pricing, and keeping OEM product listings up to date. Procurement & Order Management: Coordinate procurement activities, including order tracking, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Sales & Customer Operations: Engage and qualify customer enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, support customer onboarding, and track sales performance across assigned portfolios. Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier databases, inventory records, pricing information, OEM product sheets, and order tracking documents to ensure data accuracy. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Operational Excellence: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks accurately, communicate progress proactively, and escalate issues where necessary.
