Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Schedule and coordinate appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide administrative support and manage front desk operations. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle enquiries with professionalism while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Health Information Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or administrative roles. Healthcare experience is an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
