We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Team Lead, Production Location: Along Lagos Ibadan expressway (Close to Magboro or Mount of Fire Church), Magboro, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose The Team Lead (Production) supports the efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution of production operations by planning and monitoring manufacturing activities, optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and coordinating equipment maintenance to achieve production targets while driving continuous improvement. Duties/ Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Monitor production operations, identify equipment bottlenecks, and apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve yield. Production Execution: Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules to meet volume and delivery targets. Team Support: Assist in supervising, monitoring, training, and supporting production operators and junior staff to ensure smooth plant operations. Equipment & Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute routine and preventive maintenance on filling systems, capping machines, packaging lines, and chemical reactors. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with safety procedures, proper use of PPE, safe handling of hazardous materials, and adherence to environmental regulations. Quality Assurance: Oversee chemical formulation processes and ensure all batches meet required standards for concentration, purity, and physical properties. Education: and Experience: Age Requirement: 27 – 32 Years Application. Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 2 - 4 years’ experience: in similar role in a similar role Required Skills/Abilities: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of chemical manufacturing or formulation processes will be an added advantage. Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and production data management. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment .
