Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the BD Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business prospects. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews. Support internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and successful delivery of services.
