We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: People, Culture & Administration Associate Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Support with content for Humans of LEAP Africa social media page, also manage the training room, bookings and the social media page amongst others. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused, with strong people and administrative skills, as well as passion for creating positive employee experiences and supporting a thriving workplace culture. The Associate will work closely with the People, Culture & Administration team and other cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle activities. The core responsibilities: include front desk management, enquiries, front desk calls, employee support, facility management support, general office administrations, hygiene and safety. Responsibilities: Support the setup and general administration of training rooms, events and programmes support, Support the day-to-day management of office facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and general office operations. Manage the cleanliness, organization, and availability of kitchen supplies, toiletries and refreshments. Alongside procurement, support market research, vendor sourcing, price comparisons for specified admin items as required Support employee welfare initiatives such as; celebrations, gifts, the setup of meetings, and other staff activities as required. Provide professional reception support, welcome visitors, manage enquiries, and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and phone calls. Support with content for Humans of LEAP Africa social media page; also manage the training room, bookings and the social media page. Support the organization and monitoring of office supplies, inventory records, stock levels, and issuance of items. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work. Experience: supporting events, meetings, employee engagement, or welfare activities will be an added advantage. Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory, vendor coordination, front desk support, and office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
