The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-voltage power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, and industrial manufacturing machinery to ensure continuous operational uptime. We are looking for a qualified Power Electrical Technician to join our technical operations team. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot complex industrial electrical failures, circuitry issues, and motor control centers (MCC) to minimize production downtime. Execute wiring, electrical installations, load balancing, and equipment connections following strict safety standards. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, power distribution panels, and switchgears. Adhere rigidly to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, high-voltage safety practices, and industrial safety regulations. Perform inspections, maintenance logging routine, and detailed fault reporting for facility electrical infrastructure. Monitor site power supply stability, backup power systems, and power factor correction equipment. Qualifications & Requirements: Attributes: High attention to detail, rapid troubleshooting capability, and readiness to handle shift rotations or emergency call-outs. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and operating high-voltage testing instruments. Knowledge: Expert understanding of power distribution, three-phase systems, industrial wiring, and safety codes. Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics, or a certified Trade Test Grade I in Electrical Work.
