The Videographer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling video content that promotes the company’s properties, brand, services, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, captions, graphics, and other elements during post-production. Assist in developing storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and production plans where required. Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative video concepts that support business and sales objectives. Stay updated on current video trends, social media formats, editing techniques, and creative content styles. Perform other creative and media-related duties as assigned. Create property tour videos, walkthroughs, promotional videos, social media content, corporate videos, interviews, and event coverage. Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos suitable for different platforms. Ensure videos reflect the company’s brand identity, quality standards, and visual style. Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, gimbals, and other video production equipment effectively. Capture high-quality footage during property inspections, launches, events, site visits, and corporate activities. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for the company’s real estate properties and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, content creators, and other members of the marketing team. Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Ensure all video content is delivered within agreed timelines. Maintain and properly handle video production equipment. Organize and maintain a structured archive of video footage and completed projects. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Contribution of video content to marketing and sales campaigns. Turnaround time for video editing and delivery. Number of videos/content pieces delivered within agreed timelines. Quality of property marketing videos. Quality and creativity of video content produced. Consistency with company branding. Social media engagement and content performance. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Must have a strong portfolio or samples of previous work. Excellent attention to detail. Strong creative and storytelling abilities. Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
