We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Filling Machine Operator Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will ensure that products are filled accurately, efficiently, and according to the company's quality and safety standards. We are seeking a skilled and responsible Filling Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging equipment during production. The candidate must be willing and ready to relocate to Lekki Free Zone, Lagos. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets. Work closely with other production team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line. Ensure accurate filling quantities, proper capping, sealing, and packaging of products. Operate and monitor filling machines and related production equipment. Report machine breakdowns, defects, safety issues, or quality problems to the Production Supervisor immediately. Set up and adjust filling machines according to production requirements. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the filling and production area. Assist maintenance personnel during machine servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting when required. Conduct basic quality checks during production to ensure products meet company standards. Minimize product wastage, spillage, downtime, and production losses. Perform other duties related to production as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager. Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of filling equipment. Ensure bottles, containers, caps, labels, and other packaging materials are properly positioned and used.
