We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting hospitality products and services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, restaurants, event centers, and other hospitality establishments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and conferences to generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
