The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, drone footage, documentaries, and visual storytelling content for the organization's farms, engineering projects, construction activities, client engagements, corporate events, partner programmes, and digital media platforms. This position requires someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, possesses excellent technical and creative skills, and is willing to travel extensively to project sites across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Editing videos for documentaries, promotional campaigns, social media, YouTube, presentations, reels, and corporate communications. Maintaining cameras, drones, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, tripods, and editing workstations. Supporting corporate branding and communication initiatives through innovative visual content. Producing high-quality videos for projects, farms, construction sites, events, client activities, and corporate programmes. Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements: during drone operations and field assignments. Recording interviews, project milestones, testimonials, before-and-after visuals, and documentary-style content. Collaborating with the PR & Content Creation Officer to develop compelling visual stories aligned with approved communication strategies. Capturing professional photographs for reports, publications, presentations, websites, social media, and corporate branding. Operating drones safely to obtain aerial photographs and videos of farms, infrastructure, engineering works, and project progress. Organizing and maintaining an archive of photographs, raw footage, edited videos, drone files, and other digital media assets. Requirements: Advanced video editing skills using one or more of the following: Final Cut Pro Other professional editing software Adobe After Effects DaVinci Resolve Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Pro Must be physically fit and willing to travel regularly to farms, rural communities, construction sites, engineering projects, and client locations. Excellent storytelling, composition, lighting, and editing skills. Minimum of 3–5 years practical experience: in cinematography, videography, photography, drone operations, or video production. Ability to produce modern, creative, high-quality visual content suitable for corporate, commercial, and digital media platforms. HND, Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, professional certification, or equivalent practical experience: in Cinematography, Film Production, Photography, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in operating professional cameras, drones, stabilizers (gimbals), tripods, lighting systems, microphones, and related production equipment. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
