Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights that support business growth across our hotel operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience: working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and statutory filings. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. Assist management in making informed financial decisions through timely reporting and analysis. Conduct inventory audits and reconcile inventory records with operational departments. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
